Terms & Disclaimer
Last updated: July 2026. These terms apply to use of the Canix402 API and this documentation site.
Informational service only
Canix402 provides machine-readable DeFi opportunity data for developers and autonomous agents. Nothing on this site or returned by the API constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
No guarantees on data
Yield figures (APY, APR), TVL, and related metrics are sourced from third-party protocols and normalized for agent consumption. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee correctness, completeness, or timeliness of any response.
Use at your own risk
You are solely responsible for evaluating data before acting on it, including any on-chain transactions your agent or wallet performs. DeFi protocols carry smart-contract, liquidity, oracle, and market risks that this API does not assess or mitigate.
x402 payments
Paid endpoints require USDC micropayments via the x402 protocol. Payments are processed through third-party facilitators and blockchain networks. Fees paid for API access are generally non-refundable. Failed requests due to client errors, invalid payment proofs, or upstream unavailability do not entitle you to a refund unless required by applicable law.
Third-party services
The API aggregates data from independent Algorand DeFi protocols and relies on external infrastructure (facilitators, RPC nodes, hosting providers). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions of those third parties.
Availability
The API and this site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neon Forge Ltd and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the API or reliance on its data, including loss of funds or missed opportunities.
Changes
We may update pricing, endpoints, data schemas, or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
